DAVID COOPER
Managing Partner
A graduate from the University of Buffalo, David has over 30 years experience on Wall Street. David started his career by making markets as a member of the New York Futures Exchange. He served as GKN Securities Executive Vice President for 15 years, where he focused on institutional sales through family offices. David placed over 100mm in SPACS, PIPES, Secondary Offerings and IPOs. Prior to forming C6 Capital, David founded Wyngate Capital Group, a hedge fund that specialized in short-term opportunistic trading.

JUSTIN COOPER
Managing Partner
Justin began his career on wall street in 2011 as an institutional salesman at Aegis Capital, a firm specializing in secondary offerings for healthcare and technology growth companies. He later joined Etico Capital, a merchant bank that focused on PIPE transactions within the microcap arena. Prior to forming C6 Capital, Justin was the Managing Director of Accel Capital, a future receivable financing company, where he oversaw the refinancing of larger deals on the books to offset position risk. Justin has advised or invested in over $1bn of special situations investments. Justin graduated from Indiana University with a bachelors in Management.

BOYCE FLICK
Senior Managing Director
Boyce graduated from Rutgers University in 2014 where he majored in economics. He started his career in finance at RS Investments, a boutique investment manager outside of Philadelphia before moving to NYC to work in a similar capacity at AllianceBernstein, a $500bn global asset manager. He was tasked with distribution and business development of their Mutual Fund and SMA products. Boyce left AB for a role on the equity capital markets desk at Alliance Global Partners, a full service investment bank, where he helped place institutional capital in $100mm+ of follow-on, private placement, and PIPE offerings.
